The floor at the YMCA was re-finished last week (much needed!) and is not ready for use yet.  We should be back to our normal schedule next Sunday. Please check back with us to confirm.

Tonight’s training session at 6:00 p.m. has been moved to the gym at Mountain View Baptist Church.  The gym at the SE YMCA is being re-surfaced this week.  For those of you who have trained with us at the Y, you know this is much needed!  We will wait until tomorrow to make the call on Thursday’s training session.  Normally, it is a 3-4 day process before the floor is available. again.

Starting this Sunday (9/7), we will begin our Sunday Shooting Session from 3:00-4:00 p.m. at the SE YMCA.  This is a great way to work on your shooting technique and get extra shooting reps in.  The only thing you will need to do is contact us prior to the session to let us know you are coming.  That will allow us to make sure we have other coaches available to help if the group becomes too big.

 One change to the schedule – the only training session we will be offering on Wednesday is the 6:00-7:00 p.m. Girls HS/MS session.
